There is a mental problem with Ghanaians i don't know how to call it, it's only in Ghana a foreigner have more rights than the citizens.
Always shifting blames for the failures. Always trying to encourage themselves by blaming foreigners for their systematic failures. It is just like,when you are not good in class,you always say the teacher doesn't like me.
