Please don't throw dust in the eyes of the people. Doing one year master's degree in any Law School in the United States doesn't allow anyone the opportunity to sit for the American Bar Exams in any State in the U.S? Rather one needs to study for almost 3 years specifically in a Doctor of Jurisprusdence(JD) program which allows you to sit Federally for the American Bar Exams. Though, there are some Law schools where one can study for 2 years minimum for a JD degree that allows you to sit for the American Bar Exams. Thereafter, you can practice as a lawyer in America
