I am Ghanaian but i have to admit this is xenophobia,most people spreading stds are Ghanaians,they usually are the ones who have unprotected sex,hookup girls use protection,and if the man goes raw this it's up to him

One local lady can have four boy friends and all of them are doing it Raw without protection… and these local ladies think they are smart. The Nigerians on the other hand are doing business (which I don’t encourage) protection first(condom)..

Until we Ghanaian believe that HIV is real and all of us get tested we will stop blaming it foreigners…. The people patronizing them are Ghanaians and we must learn to use protections
