  Every institution in Ghana is laced with gargantuan corruption. This is so shameful. This tells me that the award administrators have no criteria upon which a winner emerges. In that situation, people use dubious means to buy their way through to be adjudged a winer. It will be hard and rare for someone to emerge the winner based on merit and not receive any congratulations from the fraternity. Shame on you guys!
