  Hopefully this Madam has taught her son to be self-reliant and self sufficient rather than relying primarily on mommy's money. Far more important is bringing up your kids to become hardworking, frugal, disciplined individuals who have initiative and are able to stand on their own (not needing to be propped up most of the time by wealthy parents).In other words spoiling your kids by gifting them cars, houses without allowing them to acquire these things through their own hard work, sacrifice and effort will condemn them to a life of failure or mediocrity.

They learn that THERE ARE NO SHORTCUTS TO WEALTH OR FINANCIAL SECURITY. THEY LEARN THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WHAT THEY NEED AND WHAT THEY WANT. THEY LEARN EARLY IN LIFE THAT IF THEY WANT TO DO WELL FINANCIALLY THEN THEY WILL HAVE TO WORK HARD ,HONESTLY AND LEARN THE DISCIPLINES OF BUDGETING ,ECONOMIZING AND SAVING FOR A RAINY DAY.
  IT IS VITALY IMPORTANT THAT CHLDREN UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPT OF "DELAYED GRATIFICATION".[Delayed gratification is the ability to resist the temptation of an immediate, smaller reward in order to obtain a more valuable, long-term reward in the future. It requires self-control and patience, and is a key skill for achieving long-term goals such as academic success, career growth, financial stability and significant success in any field of endeavour"].
  
  The last thing we want are children who grow up into adults who only know how to spend and spend and spend and lack the discipline to plan for their own financial future. Such maladjusted individuals constantly look up to a variety of people, including parents, other relatives and friends to pay their bills or give them cash handouts. The problem with this self-defeating strategy is that such sources of generosity eventually dry up as benefactors become unable or unwilling to fund that kind of lifestyle because they have become depleted or have become resentful as a result of such financial and emotional abuse.
  FINANCIAL SECURITY IN ADULT LIFE OFTEN HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE KIND OF OPPORTUNITIES A PERSON HAD DURING THEIR CHILDHOOD OR EARLY ADULTHOOD. IT IS RATHER DEPENDENT ON A PERSON'S RECOGNITION OF THEIR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY TO PLAN AND TAKE ACTIVE STEPS TO ENSURE THEIR OWN FINANCIAL STABILITY.
