  Brother, make good use of your diplomatic passport and ignore any bastard critic. The past government gave diplomatic passport to people like Sakordie and Co whose music doesn’t go beyond Ghana borders.

  People should keep politics out of discussions about Rocky Dawuni. He is one of the most decorated reggae acts in Ghana, having achieved this without any support from other creative artists or the government. If he is receiving recognition now, people should stop with the negativity. He is a four-time Grammy nominee and has been honored for his efforts in promoting Ghana and Africa worldwide. His music and message reach audiences all over the globe. It is misguided to think that when a government supports a Ghanaian artist, it means that artist is affiliated with a political party. Such thinking is foolish and only fosters hatred and attempts to bring him down.
