For me, Ibo or Yoruba there is no difference. One will scam you face to face and the other will eat, laugh with you but kill you slowly. Don't trust any Nigerian including Hausa Boko Haram.

Words like "Alata" , "Makola" , "Olonka" etc were originated by the Yoruba people that lived in Ghana many many decades ago. Even Alata samina (local black soap). They were proud farmers, bus drivers, mechanics, traders, nurses, civil servants, doctors etc They did not create problems for Ghana and did plan to create another king and kingdom in Ghana.
They have the same hustorica lineage with the Ga, and Ewe people of Ghana
