In fact DL helped her to do marriage of convenience with a white man and paid for to get a Dutch Passport when they were married officially in Ghana customarily and living together in Germany. She was married with the white man by ordinance during the time she and DL had their children. Akosua Serwah is just using the marriage for German papers she did with DL to make noise. Deep inside her, her family and friends and her Children, she was no longer married to DL.

I wonder why you're not also questioning why Lumba failed to officially file for a dissolution of marriage when he received that written communication from Serwaa in 2018. After all, the law permits a party to file for dissolution of a marriage in Ghana even though the marriage took place in Germany, provided one of the parties was domiciled in Ghana. It can be concluded from the failure of either of the parties to file a formal petition for dissolution of the marriage that they both might have decided to not end the marriage, and therefore the notice Serwaa sent in 2018 to Lumba should carry no weight when determining the intentions of the parties.
