That lawyer is indeed useless. Both Serwaa and Broni are descent women, and they've just been left in a legal tangle that none of them expected to get into. The lawyer, instead of addressing the legal issues involving the case, has rather chosen to malign Broni by referring to her as a 'slay queen' and a 'mistress'. It's unfortunate to see a clueless lawyer basking in the limelight and spitting out garbage that should never come out of a serious-minded lawyer. Broni is not a slay queen, nor is she a mistress. If this lawyer has any real brains, he would have known that Lumba had always referred to Broni as his wife. The issue before the court is whether Broni's customary marriage to Lumba he was still in a civil marriage to Serwaa will be recognized or considered null and void. Neither of these two women deserve to be maligned for it's obvious that this matter is a marital triangle that needs to be sorted by the court in order to determine the rights of both women who both see themselves as surviving spouses.

The first marriage was to a White man for papers whilst she was married customarily with to Daddy Lumba(DL) and she was staying with DL. In fact her children with DL were born whilst she was still married officially per Ordinance to the White man. She divorced the white man after getting her Dutch Citizenship. Akosua Serwah and DL later married to enable DL to also get a Dutch Passport as they have already planned. Their Ordinance marriage in 2004 in Germany was just for Dutch Citizenship and nothing more.
