In the UK, special grants and secured employment was given to women who tried to study engineering. Even we don't have 2% of them on the job. Those who are on the job are just there to meet a quota.

In my professional job i do in the UK over two decades, females are resigning left right center.

Dr Aggrey said that at a time and in a context which we have over corrected.

Women will tell you in private they don't like the stress of the hassle.
