There is nothing like that in the eyes of the law, once you are not at home, you are not officially married.Germany is known for each and everyone living in the country to be registered officially which is called "Anmeldung" and if it is cancel or move your residence address from a family address for a period of a year, it will be called official seperation. Tell us why Lumba did not cancel his official residence from Bornheim where he was living with the family?He had the liberty to cancel or move his address from the house he was living with his wife and the children officially. Where did you learn this from. Are you just ignorant or stupid? Once there is no official divorce signed by family court judge, you are still legally married. Did the Germany Embassy say they were even officially seperated? Hell no. So where do you base your baseless argument on? What do you know about Lumba and Mrs Akosuah Serwaah? Lumba had never worked officially in Germany before. The Lumba nuclear and extended family didnt know her including the Abusuapanyin himself .The Abusuapanyin was not even in talking terms with Lumba.
