Even Will can be contested if you're long gone so why not just hand it over before. Put their names on it and let them understand that you're the one chopping the proceeds and they can come in after your death. If you don't trust them not to sell or take the properties from you then its not worth willing to them in the first place. Life is short.

In today's society, one would think that with this constant claims by family members when a man dies that a woman was not married to the man, the Ghana government will institute a traditional marriage registry that will will register all customary marriages as well as dissolutions of these these customary marriages. All these unnecessary marital claims are clogging the courts and wasting resources. A traditional marriage registry would provide proof of date of marriage once the customary performances have been completed, as well as a date of dissolution when the steps have been taken to finalize the end of the marriage.
