This is a debate/discussion worth having. I would like to hear the opinions of paediatricians, dermatologists and other experts on it.

As for the argument that frequent bathing of infants has been the practice for ages may be wrong. Bcuz most Africans don't connect cause to effect if the effect does not happen immediately after the cause. Advise my fellow African against eating a particular thing; and he will tell you that he's been eating it and nothing happens to him (no observable immediate effect). The effect may happen 10 or 20 years later, and he will blame someone or something else for it.
