  The verdict is out and it has been confirmed that Akosua Serwaa lost the court case..Akosua Serwaa and bempomaa wants to disgrace lumba so bad but thank God the law court is not about emotions and noise, it’s about facts and evidence..I always thank my grandfather (my mentor) for always letting me know the laws of Ghana..May be the next time hung she can do is to go to Germany court..May be German govt can help her..I would been impressed by her motions if she did all this whiles DL was alive..but why do u wait for someone to die before u now show up to fight him..who fights a dead person if the person don’t have some bad motive..Akosua Serwaa knew Lumba was living with odo Broni for 18years, u couldn’t alter a word, u waited until the man is dead and all of a sudden u want to fight like u cared about him..like who does that..if Akosua Serwaa will not understand, she should send it to German court, even there too she will loose..from beginning I told maame Akosua Serwaa that the laws in Ghanawill not work in her favor as she thinks..going to court doesn’t necessarily mean that u will win a case..Now u have disgrace DL, disgrace yourself as a wife and disgrace the entire family..the best solution to such situations in Ghana is out of court because polygamy is allowed in Ghana..

  Lumba had ordinance marriage so polygamy is not recognized in this case. The judge didn't accept the wedding certificate, the were few things to have been done before its submission to the court. They'll have to appeal, pleas ...

  My friend don't waste your time. At long last the case is over. Are you a judge? Didn't you read the technicalities involved? Unfortunately, you have forgotten that there are other children involved that are not for the two women. If they also want to take the case to court on another level, 25 years we go drag this case. Simple they should let sleeping dogs lie. Otherwise at the end of this their bad Advisors and hungry followers will share and chop and its same women who will.complain again. Open your eyes.
