  If Ghanaians were not corrupt, how can they accuse a woman of abandoning her husband who left his matrimonial home, wife and children to go start a new family with another woman. WHO LEFT WHO? Secondly, this woman filed a marriage based nkrataa for this man. The marriage was legal in the eyes of the German Govt, but not legal in the crooked eyes of the corrupt Ghanaian legal system.

  You don't know jack. Akosua Serwaa did not submit a proper marriage certificate because she knows the German system would take her on. She knew that there was no marriage existing between her and Daddy Lumba that is why she presented that fake photocopy.
  
  In the German or European system, you cannot all of a sudden appear after 17 years without your spouse then come to claim anything. No lawyer will appear on your behalf.
  
  Meanwhile, she presented drinks to Daddy Lumbas family as an annulments of their marriage. I was surprised the court in Ghana entertained her in the first place after 17 years.

  Yep now it’s obvious that it’s all about inheritance and properties but she is doing the right thing at the wrong time and that’s what she will never win..because she should have done this when Lumba’s was alive…I think some people are behind her..looking at her, she seems like a calm person, but the likes of papa shee, bempomaa and some of the Lumba’s family members are pushing her to do that but they lie bad..Abusuapayin should try and bury Lumba first and then the court can later give them a verdict again..May be she will appeal 100 times which will amount to nothing..but I know couples who are divorced for more than 5years now, the man is married to a different woman customarily and the woman is also married yet they have not canceled the court marriage..so u mean with this, the man or woman should come and claim properties after one of them is dead? Some of the things I don’t want to say because in Germany just like many western countries, u don’t need the man to sign to divorce him so if Akosua Serwaa wanted to divorce Lumba’s, she could have done it..it’s all a plan work, but odo Broni will be a wife today, tomorrow and anytime
