  The whole thing is your primitive interpretation of the Common Law adopted from the colonial master but do not understand it. Tell me which court rejects an official document from an Embassy or Mission in the country? It is disgusting and shameful to suggest that the certified marriage certificate from Germany should have been given to Ghana Embassy to certify it. No wonder the Whites look down upon us. You dont expect that from a learned Judge. The German Embassy staffs have seen the Marriage certificate before neither can they speak the german language. After my over 40 years living in Germany, I have never heard or read from anywhere that the German Authorities who are known to be extremely strict have rejected any documents from Ghana Embassy Berlin or any foreign Embassies here in Germany. The embassies represent the countries.From my experience, once you submit any letter from the embassy,they accept it. The least they could do would be to verify it You can not just reject an official letter or document without making an effort to verify it. It is a slap across the face of the Common Law. If we dont understand it, then we should adopt different system. We are unequivocally not practising the common law we know in the western countries.It is primitive and disgusting.

Moreover, the staffs would not even take the document. The local corrupt judge should contact Ghana Foreign Ministry to ascertain herself how it is to even get Ghana Visa to visit Ghana. All the Ghana Missions do not even pick a call. Go to the Ghana Missions abroad and see their work ethics. We should stop practising the common law since we have deviated completely from it

Because u are the only German useless borga who has been defending thjs rubbish case..so since u have been paid to do damage control, if u guys were man enough, why didn’t u send the case to German court..u and I know for sure that Akosua Serwaa will be in trouble if she dares send this case to any German court..u are too useless bro..stop the damage control because enfa..who told u a judge is suppose to rule a case based on hearsay..if the German embassy in Ghana said they are still married, why couldn’t the lawyer kusi bring evidence…secondly u seems so stupid and it’s obvious because there were so many charges whoch made it impossible for the judge to even rule in favor that there is any marriage..there was abandonment whoch probably the German embassy was not aware..do u know in Germany if u abldon your spouse for more than two years, the marriage is no more valid..do u know if German court learns that she has abandon her husban for that many years, they will strip her of the marriage certificate..I still don’t understand why she couldn’t send the case to Germany lije she will see what will happen..9odwna b3l3
