  The work of a judge is strictly interpretation of a law, It is not about peace.Peace at an expense of the legitimate wife who has toiled and sweat ? If it is about peace and not fairness, the best place is our traditional rulers or chiefs. The local corrupt judge had proved that the case involving the foreign embassy was out of her box and far beyond her that is why am referring to her as " Local judge"The whole thing is her primitive interpretation of the Common Law adopted from the colonial master but does not understand it. Tell me which court rejects an official document from an Embassy or Mission in the country? It is disgusting and shameful to suggest that the certified marriage certificate from Germany should have been given to Ghana Embassy to certify it. No wonder the Whites look down upon us. You dont expect that from a learned Judge. The German Embassy staffs have seen the Marriage certificate before neither can they speak the german language. After my over 40 years living in Germany, I have never heard or read from anywhere that the German Authorities who are known to be extremely strict have rejected any documents from Ghana Embassy Berlin or any foreign Embassies here in Germany. The embassies represent the countries.From my experience, once you submit any letter from the embassy,they accept it. The least they could do would be to verify it You can not just reject an official letter or document without making an effort to verify it. It is a slap across the face of the Common Law. If we dont understand it, then we should adopt different system. We are unequivocally not practising the common law we know in the western countries.It is primitive and disgusting.
  Does the African courts charge someone for lying under oath which is perjury in any country in the world. Perjury is a serious crime, typically classified as a felony, that undermines the justice system and carries significant penalties, including large fines and multi-year prison sentences. Common law practising in Africa is a joke.

  They think they know but they know nothing. If the Judge had a preconceived motive to make peace, then she should have advised the litigants to seek an amicable resolution, out of court. There was nothing wrong in accepting the 1st Wife’s marriage document. There’s also nothing wrong in recognising the 2nd’s Wife’s Traditional Marriage. This would have been fair and ended on a better note.
  
  Why the herd of foolish Ghanaian Sheep would root for the 2nd Wife and push Auntie Serwaa aside only confirms the wicked nature of people in that country.

  Daddy L is no longer with us but the decisions and choices he made in life will continue to impact and haunt his children and many others for years to come. Perhaps if he had had the ability to foresee the troubling events now unfolding in his name he might have made different choices.

  Daddy Lumba cannot be blamed for having 2 wives according to the Marriage laws of Ghana.
  You cannot fault the judge for not accepting the German Marriage certificate because it didn't follow the rules and regulations in Ghana.
  The certificate was rejected by the Odo Broni's lawyer earlier and the judge asked him to work on it.
  The lawyer later said he didn't have enough time to authenticate it.This can't be fault of the judge,she rather helped Akosua Serwah to remain Lumba's wife.
  Can you imagine if the judge ruled that Akosua Serwah is not a recognised wife of Lumba?
  Remember that Akosua Serwah went to court with only German Marriage certificate therefore when it was not accepted that should have been the end.
  In the wisdom of the judge,she declared Akosua Serwah as a surviving wife by bringing in the traditional marriage.
  I think the judge did her best to protect Akosua Serwah.Tnx.
