So is Shatta Wale more powerful than the Ghanaian police? This must be immediately stopped! What a backward country!
I will suggest to the authorities to educate shatta and his colleagues to stop spraying money to the youth on the road. It's very dangerous.

If you really want to help the youth, open factories and employ them, that will help them and you will also benefit from it.
Spraying money for them on the street is not the safest way to help them.
Shatta should be advised on this issue...spraying money on the busy street or road is dangerous for his fans and followers. One day something bad may happen...hmmmm
