  Shame on you, muppet! Payola is one of the biggest obstacles in the wayof Ghanaian musicuans and provably the most obnoxious action that mitigates against the progress of our music industry!

  Over the decades, there’s been so much cry and “noise” about Payola and why it should be stopped. However I believe there are certain legitimate questions begging to be answered . Are radio stations NGOs for musicians? Are their core mandate to play music and make stars out of musicians? Is music not a business these days? Why should a radio presenter rotate an upcoming artiste’s music so he becomes a big star? Sit quietly and anger these questions. No one owes us anything. I’m a top mechanic. I got there by working my way up there. And so does every professional. There’s no free lunch. If there were, thank God; we’d be so happy. But hey, wake up and smell the coffee guys
