She choked on food, or has allergies. Many Africans die like this without knowing the cause. High blood pressure and bad cholesterol too.
Fat people are loved in most african societies. It is the status symbol for good living and prosperity.
No wonder she died of heart attack at the tender age of 49. Too fat for her age.Condolences to the family.
