  He wants to rent your womb for free. He is not interested in you as a person. He wants some woman to bear him a child who no doubt will carry the same self-centred narcissistic worthless traits as the father. He obviously believes that marrying you or setting up home with you would demand too much commitment from him and of course would be expensive. Perhaps you are available to raise the kid free of charge for him as a single mother. If you are lucky, he may occasionally give you "chop money" while he continues looking for more foolish women to help him reproduce more copies of himself.

Don't accept that, because if you should deliver an SS or SC trait, it may not be that easy for you. So abandon the relationship, you are likely to get a Sickling Negative man whom you can be with for the rest of your life. Never give up.

  I feel this is the best solution for you. Based on your commplaint, the man actually doesn't love like you think otherwise he wouldn't be making one excuse from the other just to marrry you. The bible says,Love covers all so my opinion is that, he doesn't love in the first place so move on with your life before it is too late.
  
  i don't understand why children of today when there is danger ahead of them, they can't read in between the lines but deceive themselves by saying i love you, i love you.There is fire on the mountain so run for your life.

  My sister, I know it is not easy to do away with a man who has captured your heart ♥️ however, i think this is the time for you to swallow the bitter pill and move on with your life.
  Please do what you would've done if the man had died today leaving you.
  It is clear that you are in for good but if that will not work for you,don't force yourself into it and later on cry for the rest of your life.

And should he decline that orphanage idea, then just have to check into a nearest jail or prison, and after a few men have banged his rear-end, he'll end pregnant and can have his own child. Tell him that pregnant men only have their carry their babies in their bellies for just six months before giving birth, unlike women who normally have to carry their pregnancies for at nine months before giving birth. Unless you fancy yourself to be a child-bearing machine, you should not entertain your boyfriend's demand.
