I believe strongly that this woman was and is still married in Germany. That is why she did not present an original marriage certificate in the Ghanaian court. She knew that her German passport will be revoked because it will be bigamy which is a serious offence in the Western countries.

Note that her children don't want anything to do with their mothers legal affairs. They have said to the whole world that they want nothing to do with it. The children know what their mother did those 17 years or so. They know that their mother divorced their Dad but today turning around to claim his property.
