Sorry for your wife's condition. Lawyers on this platform, over to you, our brother needs your help.
But in my ordinary view, I believe even if everything is willed to your three year old daughter, the law will permit access to some assets by an adult to be used to cater for the child, and that is going to be you, the child's father. Just exhibit good behaviour and do not have any grudge because of this. Focus more on caring for your ailing wife, ensure her wellbeing and you will be rewarded.

Nevertheless, the Gentleman is a young guy who can remarry. The lady is protecting the generational assets that will go down to the original bloodline and that is all. The man's new wife can target those assets and deny the child in question from having access and controlling what rightfully belongs to her.

I pray that someone shares the alpha hour link to the ailing wife and she gets her healing. I personally do not see why the man will have a problem with the woman putting a will down.

Everyone has the right to write down a will on properties that was individually built and not jointly built. So, the right man will second the woman. Thank you.
