Mr Danso, please and please a contract is a contract..Kwesi Arthur is one of the finest artists in Africa no doubt..God knows how much I appreciate his talents and crafts..but a contract is a contract..am not defending the record label in any way but if there was a contract which is only known between Kwesi Arthur and his former manager, then he needs to settle it..Ghanaians always do business with emotions..when I traveled to the USA, I had a chance to sponsor some individuals in sports and entertainment as their manager but after giving it a second thought, i declined even tough they had the talents and needed help..I used that money to build my properties..today those properties are there and beneficial to me..a contract can sometimes be oral, it takes someone who is truthful to accept that he went on a deal with u..To the record label too, if u know u are manipulating Kwesi Arthur for financial gains, God is watching u..I hope the truth comes out..doing business with Ghanaians is somehow dangerous because u cannot trust a Ghanaian especially when it comes to money..

Not everyone finds it easy to do a will and so many people will put it off for as long as possible. This is because many people find that writing a will reminds them of their own mortality and eventual demise and so consciously or unconsciously, they will keep putting it off. Other times people never get around to doing a will because they have been too just busy or because they have got themselves entangled in a very complex family situation and they now feel like a fly caught in a spider's web and quite frankly don't know how to move forward. In either case consulting a competent solicitor can be a very good first step. Obviously, there are many other reasons why people don't do a will.
