That said, it’s also important to understand where others are coming from. His global fame doesn’t automatically translate into meaningful change for the average Ghanaian, and people are free to question or debate his relevance in that context.

Acknowledging his success doesn’t mean everyone must agree on his impact. Let people share their opinions. Healthy discussion won’t change the facts, but it helps everyone see the issue from different perspectives.

I agree with you and you make a lot of sense with allowing people to express their views. However, I am against those who think this kid did not deserve the attention he received from Ghanaians. The impact Speed visit brought to Ghana is huge. He projected Ghana to the world especially those who think Ghana (Africa) is jungle. I live in America and I must say, some people here still think Africans livre on trees. They think, there no roads, tall buildings or nothing but this guy visit had shown his followers how beautiful Ghana or Africa is. He showed our rich culture and tourism. If this is not anything that will impact ordinary Ghanaian life then I don't what else. What will ordinary Ghanaian will gain if Ronaldo visit Ghana. Speed has more followers than Ronaldo.
