Santrofi, I agree with you because once it's a presentation, that's how it should go. Just like during prize giving events in our schools. Take with the left hand and shake with the right one.
The dress may be nice but appears appropriate for a wedding or if it were of a darker hue for an evening event. It is not appropriate for presenting herself to the King as Ghana’s new high commissioner

In Commonwealth nations, our envoys are referred to as High Commissioner not Ambassador
Is she there model or to represent Ghana?
Instead of them to focus on their duties as an ambassador, some of them turn their duty to fashion shows. Some of our ambassador needs education before desgnating them on their office
Very beautiful dress but it should have been presented at different occasion. Or at least shorten the bottom to a point that makes it a little Diplomatic.
That attire was unfit for the occasion. Too clumsy! She would need a maid to be collecting the trail otherwise she could not make more than one step before tripping over her own gown.
