Only people who still live in caves and Stonehenge period are the ones that have no clue what Fugu is - they probably don't have TV sets to watch the world cup and other sporting events so they don't know which teams wear what in the opening ceremonies. They don't know what the UN is never mind who goes there and what they wear. With all the praise and noise about Dr Kwame Nkrumah around the whole of Africa, they have no clue who he is/was never mind what he used to wear. And more strangely, they have no handsets or internet to search on things they have no clue about in order to educate themselves.
