This is the MOST FOOLISH INJUNCTION APPLICATION I have ever heard of. Burial is completely different from Funerals and Celebrations of life. No family member can be stopped from organising any funeral or celebration of life.

This useless powers the courts are granting to Abusua Panin must stop. In Akan community , the real mother, father and siblings of the deceased are the custodians of the deceased body and funeral and not the Abusua Panin. If the Abusua Panin is in litigation with the deceased, his/her biological parents and siblings, they can decide to organise their funeral without the help of the Abusua Panin. It is just a curtesy we give to him and not a must right or obligation. Stop over pampering this Abusua Panin because apart from assisting in funeral he doesn't provide food for the family or pay school fees for the kids in the family. ABUSUA TES3 KWAE, WO W) AKYIRI A 3B) MU Y)), WO BEN HOO A DUA BIARA NE NE MMA GYINA W)N BAABI. You can't dictate or have monopoly over a deceased simply because you are family head.
