Miniater a lot of work needs to be done.It seems we are loosing our youth credibility and our conscience on security why am I saying this,watching some of the footages of the Russian who came to our country to messed some of our sisters up.1.Where there not cctv at the mall and who was in control?This happened several times in and around the mall.Does we take our security serious.2.The premises where they were being lured to.How can this person be taking not one but several young and adult women in and out there without anybody around there taking notice of what was going on.It all conclude that NCCE,YOUTH MINISTRY,THE INFORMATION MINISTRY and the rest have to double up cos the system is complete failure and doesn't speak well of our intelligence.
