  Maame u are right but I think Ghana should do more on antenatal training for first time mothers and also health visitors assisting by visiting till the baby is 3mths the have a hotline of support for mothers.Also the men should be taught to protect and support their wife's or partners at this time of their lives Finally women prepare before and after u get pregnant.
