The Police can't be everywhere, but the Police can use monetary rewards to entice members of the public to call in and report any persons known to be engaged in this reckless conduct that has no regard for the lives of others. Finding them, arresting them, prosecuting them and making sure they spend a few years in prison will surely knock some sense into their fuel tank heads. Imposing fines will have no effect on the bastards, for they apparently have loads of money to splurge on luxury cars and can easily pay fines and walk free. The Police will need the help of the public in order to stop this menace from spreading across the country.

This type of mercedes and colour should only be a hand full so very easy to fish out. Impound the car and confiscate it to the state. Let the idiot serve a long sentence in jail. If the owner claims he wasnt aware of who was driving which is normally the case. Jail that person twice the sentence. Petson driving isnt good at handling the vehicle on top. A professional race driver wont handling it the way the car was driven. There are amazing professional high performance car drivers in ghana. But they can tell you the way this idiot was handling the car was just worse than salifu amoako's sons speeding crush. Jail this idiot. A risk to our road safety.
