  Going to a 5 star hotel and eating with your fingers. I can not understand that Kempinski allow that cultural practice in their restaurant. Our ancestors were not innovative enough to develop cutlery. They were therefore compelled to dip the fufu in hot soup (with the risk of burning their fingers) which was passed on from one generation to the other and gradually became a cultural practice. Those who want to eat fufu (with their fingers) can go to a "chop bar". Kempinski should let people who come to their restaurant for fine dining enjoy their meals without being exposed to seeing people dipping their fingers in their mouth while eating.
