This woman has been very strong. She’s taken so many hits but has never given up. Most of her peers have gone under the radar, yet she’s still here.

At this point, she could have been in a leadership or mentorship role. However, I believe she hasn’t focused on upgrading herself academically, and that might be the key to helping her stand out and be considered for such positions.

Even a two-year course, combined with her experience, could open doors for her. It would also help build her confidence and maturity when speaking on important issues. Education has a way of preparing you for greater opportunities.
