The problem is not about the language the players speak or the different countries and teams that they play in.
You see, there are FOOTBALL PLAYERS who are NATURALLY GIFTED AND TALENTED, and FOOTBALL KICKERS(KICK AND FOLLOW PLAYERS) who have just learned how to kick, shoot, head, cross, run, break(stop the ball), etc.
And every team that is made up of FOOTBALL PLAYERS(NATURALLY GIFTED AND TALENTED PLAYERS) mostly have more possession of the ball and wins most of their matches, whiles a team that is mostly made up of FOOTBALL KICKERS(KICK AND FOLLOW PLAYERS) mostly have less possession of the ball and lose most of their matches.
The Gospel Truth is that too many of our players today are made up of FOOTBALL KICKERS(KICK AND FOLLOW PLAYERS), ie those who have simply learned or trained on how to kick, shoot, head, cross, run with the ball, etc.
Gone were the days when our local team or club owners, managements, coaches, etc scouts or look for mostly NATURALLY GIFTED AND TALENTED PLAYERS.
Unfortunately, what is happening today is that our local team owners, managements, coaches, etc mostly choose people who can afford to pay bribe.
NATURALLY GIFTED AND TALENTED PLAYERS don't need to talk while playing. They way they control the ball and the way they move is mostly their language.

Whilst both "Dr" Sonnie Badu and Tee Kay seem to have a point,their points standing alone cannot make a team win matches.First of all,one can play on a team without understanding the language the rest of the team members speak.That is why you hear of players transferred from Brazil where Portuguese is their language,go to England and straight away,they start playing with their new club without waiting to learn English first.The reason is because the tactics used in a given match is a series of diagrams on paper.Any good player is presumed to understand diagrams and chats and can therefore play as a unit with the rest of the team by following the coach's chats.However,this is not to say that understanding the language does not help.It rather does help the player to integrate in the new environment and culture he finds himself in.Again to "Dr" Badu, the Nigerian national team, just as that of Ghana,has some foreign born players who may or may not speak broken English.It is essentially immaterial.what they speakJude Bellingham was transferred from England straight to Real Madrid and was a hot sensation for the first 8 matches all though he only understood a few Spanish words when he got to Spain.Now to TeeKay,It will be of great importance to you if you unlearn this commonly held belief that there are naturally born players and there are those who were taught the game(kick and follow as you put it). Absolutely no one was born with football in their mother's stomach.Everyone who is a professional player learned how to play it.Even the great Lionel Messi and Christiano Ronaldo learned how to play football.They make football look effortless to you when you see them on TV,but when both of us go to sleep or spend our leasure time chasing chics,those two chaps,like the true professionals they are,work like crazy to improve their game.You may think Messi for example was born to play football by the way he dribbles past players with ease.However,the boy Messi was born in a poor neighbourhood where soccer was the only way out of poverty and obscurity.Thetefore,he embraced the game very early and skipped school many days to better his talent.The reason why Messi may look like a natural born player to you is his dribbling skills but you may not know that Messi is exceptionally good in that department because he is very short. THIS makes his center of gravity closer to the ground than say Christiano Ronaldo who is 6 foot two inches tall and farther away from the center of gravity.My point is that,everyone has to learn the game per your kick and follow apology.You need a Messi as a good play maker and a Christiano Ronaldo as either a good winger or poacher and a Vigil Van Dike as a good center back to make a good team.If your idea of natural born players to play for the Black Stars being ten Lionel Messis and a good goalkeeper in the post for us as a guarantee for winning the world Cup.let me assure you that we will be whipped badly if you think that way.What we rather need is the best of every material who learned which position on the pitch he is best at and the best keeper we have,coupled with a good coach and we may be able to win the world Cup.Last thing I wish to say is that Otto Addo lost the Austria match against a far better coach with far better credentials although if you look at both teams' players,we had more big names compared to the Austrians.Good night

Look at our players, most of them are playing in lower leagues in Europe or they are permanently on reserve positions.
We need to build Black Stars new from the youth and we should build up our Colts team in Ghana if we want to be part of the strong teams in Africa or World.
