So what exactly are you claiming—are producers in Ghana entitled to royalties from airplay and streaming, or not?

And let’s be clear: were you the composer on any of Lord Kenya’s songs, or just the producer? Because if you weren’t the composer, then on what basis are you expecting royalties from those tracks?

From everything we know about how music rights work globally, royalties primarily go to composers and rights holders unless there’s a specific agreement in place. If Ghana operates the same way, then this argument doesn’t add up.

Zapp Mallet, who is not the composer, but the producer of some of those worldly hits, thinks the hits are more important than Lord Kenya's soul. His argument is very presumptuous, claiming that Lord Kenya, by declaring for Jesus, is being ungrateful to a producer of worldly music. SMH. Zapp, so because you want to benefit from the publicity of those songs, Lord Kenya should deny Christ? Are you even serious? LORD KENYA, BE ENCOURAGED!
