  A big question! I don't understand why almost every mother without husband will say she is a single mother, the fathers of their kids are alive and walking freely. They should stop making noise into our ears and make use if established institutions make men who impregnated to be responsible for their kids.

  Also go for long walks, it releases serotonin this will help stabilise you.
  
  If you are suffering from PMDD, remember you are not alone, just be self aware and seek help from trusted ppl to help you and the kids

  You have not said anything to seek opinions or help. What do you need help for? Anyway, I think it is always a choice to be a single mother if the father of your children is still alive. We now have DOVSU of Police, Social Welfare and Gender Ministry which can assist to make the father of your children responsible for his own children. Seek their assistance if you are overwhelmed with your children's responsibilities.

  A big question! I don't understand why almost every mother without husband will say, she is a single mother, the fathers of their kids are alive and walking freely. They should stop making noise into our ears and make use of the established institutions to make men who impregnated them to be responsible for their kids.

  You are afraid and disturbed that their fathers may come from nowhere oneday and claim them.
  It can only happen if they where aware that you were pregnant for them or him and were there to give them names on their naming day.
  
  The issue that is serious, however is that from 16 years and above your children may be forcing you to let them know their father or fathers.
  
  At such age someone may whisper into their ears.
  
  So be ready to tell a story like it was a misfortune that the men or mad dead in an accident without you knowing his or their parents and relatives.
