If Delay was that intelligent and professional, she shouldn't have gone ahead with that interview knowing that the case has gone to Appeal Court. RNAQ wanted sympathy from the public but he rather exposed himself.

People swear on oath yet lie passionately in the court room and it's real we see facts of a case but truth remain with the accused person and his creator!!

So let us leave it as that otherwise confession statement in the court room would have been admissible but its not!!

Let the court determine the outcome of the case and remember res gestae a spontaneous reaction to a case like he is stabbing me is admitted as an exception to hearsay because its spontaneous and leaves no room fir fabrication.

Please allow the courts to settle their issues.You did not leave through the marriage with them so leave them to present their cases and let the honourable court decide.
