Don't mind him. He thinks all the deaths in hospitals are mistakes? Our leaders know that they are not handling our hospitals well that's why they travel abroad. Otherwise some unhappy nurse will give them bad injections.

IN SUCH CASES YOU CANNOT PLEAD IGNORANCE OF THE LAW IN A COURT OF JUSTICE. You can't tell the Judge that you didn't know that slapping someone or thumping them on the back was an offence or that you are sorry because you lost your temper and it won't happen again.The law is only interested in your current bad behaviour.
