Agradaa tells public to cherish their freedom
General Overseer of Heaven Way Chapel International, Patricia Asiamah, popularly known as Mama Pat or Agradaa, has advised the public to avoid situations that could lead them to prison, describing her own experience as extremely unpleasant.
Speaking in a recent video that has surfaced online, Agradaa recounted some of the difficulties she faced during her time in prison.
According to her, inmates had to wake up as early as 5:30 a.m. and engage in hard labour, including scrubbing gutters and carrying out other physically demanding tasks.
“I spent eight months in prison, I ate 'zontoli', I went to bed at 5:30, I scrubbed gutters and toilets, I even carried blocks. Prison is real,” she recounted her ordeal

She noted that the experience was difficult and urged people to stay away from anything that could bring them into conflict with the law.
Agradaa also advised people involved in disputes or legal matters to do everything possible to settle issues peacefully before they escalate.
She explained that if an individual is taken to court over an issue, it is important to apologise and seek forgiveness if necessary in order to avoid the possibility of imprisonment.
“Anything that will connect you to prison, stay away from it. Let no one lie to you and make you feel you’re too big, if someone threatens you with a legal fight, apologize because is difficult,” she advised
She, however, took the opportunity to appreciate her husband for standing by her side throughout the eight months she spent in prison.
Agradaa concluded by saying she would never wish the experience on anyone and urged the public to stay away from situations that could ever lead them to prison, urging everyone to cherish their freedom.
“Cherish your freedom,” she concluded.
