  Of course. That is why he was signing all those artistes. Scammers try to ‘buy’ legitimacy by associating themselves and brands with people that the public are likely to trust. That is why in countries like the US, celebrities can’t market financial advice unless they are registered financial professionals. They have damaged their brands and our celebrities here would do well to learn from their experience.
