    Government should dredge gutters and waterways yet he must not break anybody's house so if the house owner has built on the waterways the building should be there. Kwaw, don't you think you are contradicting yourself.

    You are right but most homes are in the water ways. They don't listen. Some new but they blocked the water and built. Such individuals deserves it.

    Building in water ways is one of the major causes of flooding in our cities. If you feel and build in water way, where do you expect the water to pass into major drains when it rains heavily?
