The 2026 Ghana Movie Awards red carpet was nothing short of spectacular as celebrities arrived in breathtaking ensembles that blended high fashion, Ghanaian culture, and artistic expression.
This year’s event saw stars embracing dramatic silhouettes, intricate beadwork, avant-garde designs, and traditional Ghanaian fabrics, transforming the red carpet into a showcase of creativity and craftsmanship.
Among the standout appearances was actress Priscilla Opoku Agyeman (Ahoufe Patri), who dazzled in a strapless metallic gold gown with a ruched bodycon silhouette and elegant draping.
Fashion icon Nana Akua Addo once again stole the spotlight with one of the most talked-about looks of the night.

She appeared in a green ombré gown inspired by nature, complete with a giant cocoyam leaf structure extending several feet behind her. The dramatic creation reinforced her reputation for pushing fashion boundaries on the red carpet.
For her second look, Nana Akua Addo made yet another statement with a bold fuchsia and red colour-blocked pantsuit featuring exaggerated shoulders and a sculptural halo-inspired headpiece that framed her face, further cementing her status as one of Ghana’s most daring fashion personalities.
Media personality AJ Poundz commanded attention in a striking red mermaid gown featuring a plunging illusion neckline, heavily embellished sequins, and structured off-shoulder sleeves.
The gown also incorporated kente-inspired detailing around the hips, adding a Ghanaian touch to the glamorous look.
Actress and filmmaker Kafui Danku shimmered in a fully beaded gold mermaid gown with sheer sleeves and a high neckline.
Actress Charly D opted for a daring avant-garde design, wearing a black mermaid gown accented with bold red draping, a structured corset bodice, and intricate beading. The look was complemented by her striking orange hairstyle.
Juliet Ibrahim and her partner, Daniel, also turned heads. Daniel wore a sharply tailored grey suit enhanced with black beaded lapels and shoulder detailing, while Juliet stunned in a white off-shoulder gown adorned with cascading pearl fringe details.
One of the evening’s most daring fashion moments came from Hajia4Reall, who wore a nude-pink crystal-encrusted gown with dramatic architectural structures extending from the waist. The unique design combined glamour with futuristic couture elements.
