‘I stand with him’ - Appiah Stadium supports Kwabena Boakye amid Vivian Jill allegations

Social media commentator, Appiah Stadium, has thrown his weight behind Kumawood actor Kwabena Boakye following the latter’s recent allegations against actress Vivian Jill Lawrence.

Speaking during a discussion on Royal TV, shared on TikTok and sighted by GhanaWeb on June 14, 2026, Appiah Stadium stated that his support for the actor stems from a previous incident involving him and the actress.

Recounting the incident, Appiah Stadium alleged that there was once a misunderstanding between Vivian Jill and an NDC women’s organiser over a national school feeding programme contract the actress had reportedly received through the party.

According to Appiah Stadium, he publicly defended Vivian Jill during that period but feels disappointed that she never acknowledged his support.

“He is someone I follow, and I like his acting. I support what he is saying about Vivian Jill. If Abro says he begged Vivian for money, I don’t see anything wrong with that.

"The reason I said I don’t support Vivian is that I defended her during the issue between her and the NDC women’s organiser. Can you imagine that up till today, Vivian has never called to appreciate me, yet the other woman insults me at every opportunity,” he said.
