This counselling thing in today's churches is destroying marriages so if you're in your right senses deal with your matter between the 2 of you. These things pass after the man sees you're dressing well, smelling good, the food taste has changed etc. That is all. Good luck

  You somehow became to consumed with yourself that you didn't notice when he started changing and again, lots of men don't like sleeping with married women and that includes their wives.
  
  There is no sex in marriage, sex with a wife doesn't feel like sex, it is very boring
