Ogyaba alleges Obinim gave away Florence's car without consent

Founder of Holiness of Christ Zion Ministry, Prophet Ogyaba, has made startling claims about the marriage of gospel musician Florence Obinim and her husband, Bishop Daniel Obinim.

In a video shared on social media on June 17, 2026, the preacher played an audio recording in which Florence Obinim was allegedly heard crying while speaking about her personal situation.

According to the audio, Florence claimed she does not own a car and depends on taxis for her daily transportation despite funding her own projects.

“I don’t own a car. I always use a cab for my errands. I fund all my works myself,” Florence Obinim allegedly said in the recording.

Reacting to the audio, Prophet Ogyaba criticized Bishop Obinim, arguing that no woman deserves to be treated unfairly by her husband.

“I’m also a man and no man has the right to treat any woman like that. If you should ask Obinim about the documents for the latest car he claimed he bought for his wife, he wouldn’t be able to provide them,” he said.

Prophet Ogyaba further claimed that Florence previously had a car for her personal use but later discovered that Bishop Obinim had given it away without her knowledge.

According to him, Florence confronted her husband over the matter, only to be told that the vehicle did not belong to her because it was not registered in her name.

“Florence Obinim testified that she used to have a car she used for her errands. One day, she realized that her husband had dashed the car to someone. She confronted him and asked why he dashed her car to someone without informing her. Her husband told her that the document for the car wasn’t registered in her name, so she shouldn’t assume the car is hers,” he claimed.

Prophet Ogyaba urged Bishop Obinim to show more appreciation and respect to his wife, stressing that Florence has stood by him through difficult times in his life and ministry.

“Obinim should treat his wife right because she has been with him through thick and thin,” he added.
