Atemuda responds after Don Little claims he helped his career
Ghanaian actor Atemuda has fired back at colleague Don Little following recent remarks regarding his alleged GH¢5,000 daily charge for movie appearances and claims about their past relationship.
In a video shared on social media on June 23, 2026, Atemuda dismissed assertions that Don Little was responsible for bringing him from Takoradi to Accra and helping him establish himself in the movie industry.
According to Atemuda, he had already been living in Accra for years before meeting Don Little and was never dismissed from the popular television series Junkatown as alleged.
“Don Little, so you won’t learn sense. I heard you saying you were the one who brought me from Takoradi to Accra and they sacked me from Junkatown. Who sacked me? I’ve stayed here for so many years, even before I met you,” he said.
Atemuda also responded to comments about a vehicle he reportedly used while working with Don Little, insisting that he deserved compensation for the risks he took during their travels.
“The car you said I used when I was with you, you were supposed to compensate me because I risked my life to sit in that car. When you’re driving, at a point, you stand in the car like you’re riding a bicycle. You packed a lot of rugs on it before you were able to drive,” he stated.

The actor further questioned the extent of assistance Don Little claims to have offered him, insisting that he never received financial support or even meals from him.
“Who did you help? Did you ever buy food for me? The day we went to eat together, were you the one who paid for it?” he asked.
Atemuda also took a swipe at Don Little over the criticism of his character, arguing that the actor had no grounds to judge him.
“Don’t just open your mouth and talk anyhow because you’re growing old. If not movies, what kind of work can you do in life? You’re there raining insults on me that I’m not nice, but are you nice?” he shared.
He took a personal jab at Don Little, claiming he looked better physically and suggesting that the actor should already be enjoying life as a grandfather.
“I look better than you physically and you should be having your grandchildren by now,” he added.
