In the early 90s when the Keta sea defense was broken and flooding the keta area, Ghana was provided some grants to restore it and pay the affected some compensatios. Obed Asamoah and the Tsikatas convived to sign and thumbprint the forms to collect the payments. Hell, there were rumors they even toe-printed some of the forms when they figured some of the thumbprints might be recognized. Now, their children can afford to not do anything and still survive.
