  Can't fathom how we have so many Planners, Architects, Engineers, but yet EVERYTHING IN GHANA is basa basa. Our politicians are useless, our population is daft. We don't do anything according to plans and thoughts. Accra is the capital, so anyone from anywhere just gets up and moves to Accra. Accra is now just a big village, unplanned and full of slums- WHY WILL THESE FLOODING NOT HAPPEN? WE WILL LEARN THE HARD WAY UNFORTUNATELY. LAND USAGE IS THE KEY TO DEVELOPMENT. LAND ACQUISITION IN GHANA HAS BEEN OUR NUMBER ONE PROBLEM BECAUSE ANYONE CAN JUST BUY LAND AND DO WHATEVER THEY WANT- NO DEVELOPED COUNTRY HAS EVER DEVELOPED THE WAY WE ARE DOING.

  It's pathetic to see a person put in charge of the Flooding commission only to discover that he came into the government just to loot government contracts and not doing a damn thing to find solutions to the country's flooding issues. If the President really cares about the devastation caused by this annual flooding, then he should immediately place Ghana's technical experts and planners in charge of the Commission tasked with finding solutions to this problem, for the political appointees are just a bunch of miseducated idiots who have no business being appointed to the Commission. As you stated, Ghana has many capable engineers, town planners and other technical experts; so why did the President overlook this pool and instead chose to fill the Commission with political lackeys, and Ghanaians now have to deal with the pain of a devastating flooding?
