Auntie Bee is a veteran Ghanaian actress
Veteran Ghanaian actress Harriet Naa Akleh Okanteh, popularly known as Auntie Bee, has expressed gratitude to Rev Obofour for gifting her a car.
Auntie Bee revealed that she is currently unable to use it due to the high cost of maintenance.
Speaking in an interview with Nana Romeo on Okay FM on July 15, 2026, Auntie Bee said the vehicle developed a fault and has been parked at a mechanic's shop as she struggles to raise money for repairs.
"Rev Obofour once gifted me a car. I'm really grateful to him. I know he can't do everything for me, but he has done his part by buying the car for me. I've not been driving the car lately because it needs maintenance. It got faulty at some point, and maintaining it is very expensive," she said.
According to her, although she could have informed Rev Obofour about the situation, she chose not to because she believes the popular preacher has already done enough for her.

"I couldn't inform him about it because I felt he has done enough, so I didn't want to bother him. The car is at the mechanic shop now, so I will start driving again after I get it fixed," she stated.
The actress further disclosed that owning a house is now her greatest desire, stressing that having a place to call home is more important than driving a car.
According to Auntie Bee, she would gladly accept support from anyone willing to help her acquire a house or even another vehicle.
"When I'm given a house, I would really be grateful. In life, one of the most important things we should have is shelter. When you have a house to lay your head, you can manage till you're able to afford a car,” she shared.
Auntie Bee added, "If people help me with a house or car, I will accept them. I know some people will come after me and insult me that I'm asking people for favour on air. If I don't have, can I ask for help? If anyone wants to help me after hearing what I said, what's wrong with that?”
