Ghanaian music duo Lali X Lola have announced the fourth edition of their highly anticipated Fire & Flow concert series and they are making it clear from the outset that this year's show is not your typical night out.

Scheduled for Saturday, August 1, 2026, at Alliance Française in Accra, Fire & Flow 4 promises to be an immersive full-day experience that blends nostalgic Ghanaian childhood games, live music, surprise artist appearances and a deliberate celebration of Ghanaian identity, all under one roof.

In a heartfelt message to fans, the duo made one specific plea: do not come late.

"This year, we didn't just plan a concert, we curated an experience that begins the moment the gates open. We wanted to recreate the feeling of growing up in Ghana, when the whole neighbourhood came alive with music, laughter and games," they wrote.

Gates open at 4pm for a free pre-show experience that invites attendees to relive their childhoods through traditional games including Ampe, Hopscotch (Tumatu) and Tug of War, activities the duo said were central to the experience they want fans to have before the live show even begins.

"Come and challenge your friends to Ampe, Hopscotch, Tug of War, and other traditional games that made our childhood so special. Dance with our DJ, enjoy delicious food and refreshing drinks, meet amazing people and simply soak in the atmosphere," the duo said.

The concert itself kicks off at 6pm sharp, where Lali X Lola will perform with a live band alongside opening acts, guest performers and a carefully guarded lineup of surprise artistes that they say they are keeping under wraps for now.

"We'll be performing with our incredible live band, joined by amazing guest performers, exciting opening acts, and a few surprise artists that we're keeping a secret for now," they revealed, adding: "Fire & Flow 4 is more than a concert, it's a celebration of who we are, where we come from, and the joy of experiencing it all together."

The duo also issued a pointed warning to fans who might be tempted to arrive fashionably late, suggesting that some moments simply cannot be recaptured.

"Please don't plan to arrive 'just in time' for our performance. Come early. Play. Dance. Eat. Laugh. Connect. Then experience the show with us from beginning to end. The people who arrive early will experience moments that late arrivals simply can't get back. Some memories can only happen once, and we want you to be there for every single one of them," they said.

Lali X Lola are one of Ghana's most celebrated contemporary music acts, known for their ability to blend Afrobeats, highlife and soul into a sound that resonates deeply with Ghanaian audiences at home and in the diaspora. Their Fire & Flow concert series has grown steadily into one of Accra's most anticipated annual music events, with each edition raising the bar for live performance experiences in the country.

Free entry is available between 4pm and 5pm, on the condition that attendees participate in at least one of the traditional games on offer.
